Crochet hook sizes

First it was the Knitting needle sizes, now it's crochet hook sizes. We find we need to reference the old list now and then, and always have to search for it. Now it's here. Please note that this is not the currently accepted standard chart, rather the older one that matches the very old crochet hooks we have. Since we're more familiar with the U.S. sizes, those are first in the list, followed by the international metric sizes.
