Birches

Birches is Woolgirl's October 2009 Sock of the Month. This pattern will be available for individual sale on July 1, 2010.

Robert Frost’s poem Birches was the inspiration for both the yarn color and the stitch for this sock. The stitch is a cascade of tiny birch leaves, accented with either nupps or beads on the cuff. Sock is knit from the toe up. Pattern is available in 3 sizes, and includes both charted and written stitch instructions.
