Gschnitztal

This type of traveling twisted stitch pattern is said to have originated in Austria, and is often attributed to the state of Tyrol in the Alps. While designing these socks I though how wonderful it would be to go skiing in that part of the world. A friend shared an ad from a cross-country ski magazine with me. They advertised a trip to this area, specifically to the Gschnitztal Valley. Pattern is written in one size. Stitch instructions are charted only.
